what a Mexican and American eat

The majority of the Mexicans in my city, we have a diet based on the different varieties that the maize gives us. From traditional tortillas, in toasts, taquitos flutes etc. To the immense variety of the tamales in its different presentations: red, green, of meat, chicken, mince. Unlike neighboring country the EU. that they base its diet with flours, in its different combinations; flour tortillas and all derivatives, like hamburgers.
